Coaching

Est. 2008

-Individual coaching: Coach individuals across the life and career spectrum through transition—identify
individual needs, assess current realities, pinpoint any obstacles to develop individualized action plans, set goals
to bridge the gaps, and successfully transition to their next career/life stages.
-Group coaching: Facilitate group workshops and tailor team coaching interventions depending on the stage
of the team’s life cycle (i.e., new team, growth, or maturity) to meet leadership and team goals.
-Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI): Administer and interpret the HBDI to identify clients’
thinking preferences in real time and under pressure. Use results in coaching sessions to “stretch” clients to pull
from areas of their brain they may not be naturally inclined to use, but that help ensure optimal performance.
