Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI)
Administer and interpret the HBDI to identify clients’ thinking preferences in real time and under pressure. Use results in coaching sessions to “stretch” clients to pull from areas of their brain they may not be naturally inclined to use, but that help ensure optimal performance. The HBDI can be used to help teams, improve communication, decision-making, and trust-building.
