Coaching Services

What is coaching and why is it appropriate?

Coaching is the art and process of facilitating someone’s learning journey. It is a committed and collaborative partnership between the coach and the client. We believe that each of you has the inner wisdom to answer your own questions and address your unique challenges. It is our role to help produce the insights that will allow this knowledge to surface. Coaching is solution, not problem-focused. It is not therapy and does not look at or dwell in the past. It looks at the present and how you want to live in the future.

Take it to the next level

1

Individual Coaching

Coach individuals across the life and career spectrum through
transition—identify individual needs, assess current realities, pinpoint any obstacles to develop individualized action plans, set goals to bridge the gaps, and successfully transition to their next career/life stages.

2

Group Coaching

Facilitate group workshops and tailor team coaching interventions depending on the stage of the team’s life cycle (i.e., new team, growth, or maturity) to meet pre-determined team goals that are aligned with the strategic plan of the parent organization.

3

Leadership Development Coaching

Aid leaders in identifying personalized plans to apply to their companies and/or lives, facilitating personal and professional growth that aligns with their values. Clients include founders, emerging leaders, corporate executives, and leaders in transition due to career shifts, corporate re-organization, and mergers/acquisitions.

Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI)

Administer and interpret the HBDI to identify clients’ thinking preferences in real-time and under pressure. Use results in coaching sessions to “stretch” clients to pull from areas of their brain they may not be naturally inclined to use, but that help ensure optimal performance.

Organizational Launch Coaching and Consulting

Partner with leadership teams of startups and organizations going through re-organization and/or acquisitions to establish a solid organizational foundation and clear HR systems. Lead HR expansion teams through every phase of expansion related to HR and personnel systems.

Business Needs Assessment

Use diagnostic tools (e.g., 360-degree feedback,
interviews, focus groups, review of HR systems and materials, observation during service) to conduct a needs assessment and assess the current situation. Develop
action plans and strategies to achieve the goals identified.

Client Testimonials

Businessmen
“Dr. Kiki’s work has been monumental in my growth both personally and professionally. The skills and guidance I have taken away from our executive coaching and leaderships sessions have impacted my business in more ways than I can count. She is an excellent sounding board and has set me up for continued future success. I could not be more grateful.”
